🛍 Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply choose your favourite mug, add it to your cart, and checkout securely. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order goes through.

Q: Can I customise my mug?
A: Some of our designs can be personalised (look out for the “customise” option on the product page). If you have a special request, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because our mugs are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.


🚚 Shipping

Q: How long will delivery take?
A:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • UK/EU: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your location and order size.

Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your mug’s journey.

Q: Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
A: Yes, our mugs are designed to handle daily use—they’re dishwasher safe and microwave friendly.

Q: What size are the mugs?
A: Our standard mugs are 11oz (the classic coffee size), and we also offer 15oz options for those who like an extra caffeine boost.


🔄 Returns & Replacements

Q: What if I don’t like my mug?
A: No worries! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at returns@mugbirds.com with your order number to start a return.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t do direct exchanges. If you’d like a different design, you can return your original for a refund and place a new order.

Q: What if my mug arrives broken?
A: We’ve got you covered. If your mug is damaged or misprinted in the mail, just send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll send you a free replacement.
