Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your mug as much as your morning coffee. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’ve got you covered.

Change of mind:
Not in love with your mug? No worries. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Just drop us an email at returns@mugbirds.com with your order number and we’ll help you get started. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

Damaged or misprinted items:
While our mugs are carefully packaged, sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives broken, chipped, or misprinted, simply send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send out a free replacement right away—no need to send the damaged mug back.

Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges (for example, swapping one design for another). If you’d like a different mug, you can return your original for a refund and place a new order.

Important notes:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition for a standard return.

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable.

  • Refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
